While helping her caseload, her approach strikes the delicate balance between empowering teachers to see what is possible and ensuring that the teacher she is helping remains the primary agent in their innovation. I find so much value in working with Shannon because her wise perspective and attention to detail ground my thinking and enhance my impact.
